SatEnlight closes €995,000 funding round, accelerating the future of optical satellite communications

The round was made possible thanks to the support and trust of Galaxia – Polo Nazionale di Trasferimento Tecnologico dell’Aerospazio, Takeoff Accelerator, and a network of six business angels. Beyond financial backing, these partners bring strategic insight, experience and a long-term vision that strengthens SatEnlight’s position within the evolving space tech ecosystem. In parallel with this investment, SatEnlight has secured additional non-dilutive funding and recognition through a series of competitive programs and awards. These include €25,000 from Start Cup Lombardia, €20,000 from the Thales Alenia Space Corporate Prize, €50,000 through ESA BIC Padua, and €100,000 from Area Science Park as one of the winners of the Deep Tech Revolution program. Together, these achievements reinforce the company’s trajectory and highlight the growing confidence in its technology and vision. SatEnlight continues to advance its mission of redefining optical communications in space, contributing to the broader evolution of the New Space economy. This milestone represents not a conclusion, but a new phase of growth.
