SatEnlight CEO Matteo Vismara joins the SATShow Week Tech Seminar Advisory Board

On 2 July 2026, SatEnlight CEO and co-founder Matteo Vismara announced that he had joined the advisory board of the SATShow Week Tech Seminar for the 2027 edition of the event.

The appointment came just over three months after SatEnlight won the Startup Space Competition at SATShow Week 2026 in Washington, D.C.

It marked a different kind of return to the event.

After presenting SatEnlight as a competing startup in March 2026, Vismara was invited to contribute his scientific and satellite communication expertise to the process used to evaluate technical content for the following edition.

The Tech Seminar is SATShow Week’s R&D-focused platform for peer-evaluated presentations on satellite and space technologies.

Its advisory board brings together specialists from different areas of the industry who contribute to reviewing technical proposals and shaping the programme.

For SatEnlight, the appointment represented another indication of the company’s growing engagement with the international satellite ecosystem.

Technology development remains at the core of the company’s activities, but participation in technical committees and industry discussions is also important for understanding how the broader communication landscape is evolving.

Between March and July 2026, SatEnlight’s relationship with SATShow Week therefore evolved from competitor to award winner and, through its CEO, contributor to the technical programme of the next edition.

The 2027 advisory board included Matteo Vismara alongside experts from organisations across the satellite and space sectors.
